Price Schedule First item: $2.99 Each additional item: $1.99ea Rural Delivery Surcharge: $2.99 (this is added once per order for rural customers) Shipping Surcharge: $NB* (this is added to the final Shipping figure on your order) The above prices are quoted inclusive of GST and shown in New Zealand Dollars. *This is utilised on a small range of products that require an additional element of Shipping & Handling due to increased weight and/or size. These items will have the following string of text clearly shown in their product description: (NOTE: Freight surcharge will apply on this item due to size and/or weight.) Delivery We deliver to all New Zealand addresses and PO Boxes via CourierPost Track & Trace. Our target turnaround time on orders is 2-3 business days. Here is an example of the typical order process: - Customer places an order, Tuesday 1:28pm ‘Account created’ email received by customer (if first time shopper with thesale)
'Order confirmation/receipt' email received by customer - Wednesday morning – warehouse team pick stock for all Tuesday orders
- Wednesday morning/afternoon – thesale team pack and dispatch all Tuesday orders
- Wednesday afternoon – our CourierPost driver collects the processed orders Customer receives and email from CourierPost containing the Tracking Link
- Thursday – If customer is urban and within a main centre then order should arrive
- Friday – if customer is a rural delivery or in south island order should arrive
Orders placed over the weekend or on a public holiday will not be processed until the next business day.
