Exchange Policy
Please choose and review your purchases carefully, due to piracy and copyright concerns we do not offer exchanges except where the basis for return is covered by the ‘Consumer Guarantees Act 1993’ or the ‘Fair Trading Act 1986’. Once an order is submitted and payment received, your order details are not able to be modified. Again, we stress to you - Please choose and review your purchases carefully and double check your delivery details prior to submitting your order.
Warranty Policy
We offer a 14 day period in which the customer may return (at their expense) any item(s) found to be defective as a result of the manufacturing process. If the item is deemed to be covered by this warranty we will replace the item (where possible) and send it to the customer at our expense. If a replacement cannot be provided we will refund the original purchase price of the item in question. Any items returned to us that are found NOT to be covered by this warranty will be returned to the customer at their expense.
Return of Goods
Please contact us before returning any items as all returns must be authorised prior by thesale. Proof of purchase and prior authorisation will be required in all cases for thesale team to process your request.
Fulfillment Guarantee
At all times we strive to ensure that we are displaying an accurate reflection of our current stock holdings. However, from time to time there will be items that are not able to be supplied. Any items found to be out of stock will be refunded (including their delivery charge component) in full. In these instances we will notify you via a credit note (system generated email) of the variation/cancellation of your order with us. We do not operate a Back Order system.
